Hello Moto!

     Motorola has been very generous to us over the past several years. Without them we could not do the things we do on the scale that we do now. Their generous funding has allowed us to build 2 robots for the 2nd year in a row. This lets us continue our programming even after the alpha robot has been shipped. They also provided us with the entry fees for our regional competitions.

     This however is not the only way that Motorola helps us. Tom Boehm, a software engineer from a local Motorola branch came to us last year and taught our programming team. With Mr. Boehm came an after school programming class that introduced new students to joys of programming and allowed veteran students to brush up on their technique. He worked with us for many hours making sure we understood what was going on and that our robot worked the way we wanted it to. With the new operating system this year he puts in even more time then last year. He helps with problem solving needed to give us a software edge over the competition.
